i was looking for godwin's law in the united states code and in multiple states' compiled statutes |
|
and i can't seem to find it.
or is it really just a commentary on probabilities and not a proof of the invalidity of hitler comparisons?
in other words, does godwin's law necessarily stipulate an injunction to not compare things to hitler or the nazis?
is there a penalty for violation?
