Fortunately, I'm old enough so that I can "step outside" of myself. If you try not to compare yourself today with with the way you used to look, or compare yourself with anyone else, you'll be able to just enjoy yourself for who you are.

It's been since February when I started these meds so 5 months. I'm doing Pilates 3x a week now, so I'm hoping to see some improvement.

Life is the same as it always is. x(

20 lbs is a lot, but when I starting gaining, I was borderline anorexic so I guess some of it was needed. Not ALL of it though. Gah!

I've put on I don't even know how much weight since the start of last year... keep going up and down... bleh. I've decided I don't need to be a size 8 to be happy. And hell... even a size 8 is 'fat' by some standards! :rofl:
