Married couple, both retired physicians.
Brits who have been U.S. citizens for 20 years or so.
They are over the moon about him.

And I think Obama is the real thing. I have not been so energized about a presidential candidate since JFK when I was 11.

And to think they said that JFK was too inexperienced and naive and would never win.

4. What I'd say to Barack Obama:

"Dude, if you don't win this thing, I'd love to see you try again in 2012. But, man, you've really lit a fire under a lotta folks in this country, and I thank you for that. Want some more fries?"

(I'd have no problem calling Obama "dude," and I don't think he'd even blink.)
