1. Forever? Sorry but I think a lifestyle change is the only thing that will
keep you thinner. As we age..stress makes dress size go up. You gain weight on your tummy.

9. You are a better person than me. I'm hold up in my apartment waiting
for the smoggy days to be over before I start excercising again.

16. I exercise in my apartment.....
I guess I'm lucky, I'm on a ground floor, and won't bother people below me.

I just get some tunes ready and exercise away. I really want to keep this up, it's hard for me to get into any routine. :)

Keeps you fit and reduces stress!

6. 30 minutes per day, 4 days a week (at least)
AND you have to eat healthy and only eat indulgent foods rarely.

For LIFE!

BLEAH!

11. I know this is a work in progress.......
whoa! a month. that's cool.

I want to continue doing this. I'm not trying to do this "just" to, say, lose 5 or 10 lbs, or a dress size. :)

But I really have to lose some weight. I know exercise is going to have so many benefits for me (energy? sure could use some of that)

15. YES! Energy...
Actually, you might start noticing your clothes fitting differently after only a couple of weeks... but after 4/6 weeks it'll be impossible not to notice. :)

19. Oh you could definitely manage that...
depending on the results by the middle of August, you could alter your diet to get the results you want.

Eating more frequent, smaller meals with very little or no animal fats, no white bread, very little or no sugar... that will make all the difference in the *world*.

Hehehehe... just don't be like me and get lazy after you get a little thinner. :P That's me.. up, down, up, down. AHHHH I give up!

10. You won't
You have to do resistance training, build up muscle mass, to lose body volume (dress size)

14. Yes,
you can at least start out with simple resistance like bands or maintaining certain yoga positions.

18. Without some dietary modifications, forever
One of my former gym instructors said that if you're really out of shape and overweight, you'll see results pretty quickly, but after a while, there are diminishing returns in terms of weight.

However, you'll know that the exercise is doing you good physically because if you're away from it for a week or two because of vacations or illness, you'll find stuff that used be easy has become difficult--an indication that the exercise has improved your general health and that being away from it has caused you to deteriorate.
