I really think if the kids were dressed properly, they would have better behavior. We have kids coming to school in ugly tee-shirts, flip-flops, low-cut tank tops, short shorts.... you name it. Yes, we have a dress code and we do enforce it, but the students are always trying to get away with what they can get away with. Plus, some parents must have no idea what their children wear to school!
