If you hit "D" to make the background white and the squiggles brown, and you do several (I don't think you can do more than four or five, though--when you draw the fifth one, the first one disappears) short-ish, thick, curved squiggles, you can make it look like a bunch of leeches or eels swimming around. It sounds gross but it's actually really cool-looking.
