Help me! I'm one of those people who tend to pick up meaningless

conversational phrases from other people. I've successfully fought back against "you know", but now I'm in trouble. After listening too muchjto Bush, I find myself saying "the point is" and "that is to say" and several other of his phrases.

3. There are certain words I have to stop and think about before I say them now.

Nuclear is one of them . I always think of nucleus and go from there!
