What's the best inexpensive hotel in San Francisco near Union Square?

www.hotels.com is all you need. I used them to get a hotel in SF a year ago. Might have even been near Union Square.

There are no inexpensive hotels in San Fran.
Go find a hotel in Oakland or Berkley, and take the BART over to Union Square.

5. The Kensington Park Hotel and other hotels in this group:

The Kensington Park is right in Union Square and I've stayed there for $90-100 per night. Rooms are small but there's a complimentary continental breakfast.

quikbook.com has good rates on hotels also.
