Good places to eat in Birmingham AL?

I posted this in the AL state forum and got a couple good replies but apparently that's not good enough for me because I'm now asking again.

I'm going to Birmingham next week for work and want some good ideas for lunch and dinner. I'll be around 9th and 20th street south near UAB so can anyone recommend more places? BBQ or other forms of pork fat would be great but there was also the mention of Greek/Lebanese places which definitely sounds good too.

So far I have 1 vote each for and against Dreamland for BBQ but a coworker who's been there voted for. My boss said go to the Blue Monkey Lounge for music and drinks. I don't get reimbursed for booze so we'll see.

but I ate at the Dreamland in Mobile based on their reputation, and it was a disappointment.
