So, what's for dinner tonight?
I'm making myself a grilled cheese sandwich - American cheese on sourdough bread - and some chicken flavored rice.

Mmm...

3. We had wild salmon with a maple mustard glaze, long grain and wild rice, and spinach salad.
Twice this week we've had this meal - it was so good the first time, I ran right out to buy more salmon!

7. I love grilled cheese.
:)

The salmon with glaze is easy to make - 4 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce, and some ginger (fresh or ground) to taste. Whisk it all together and brush or pour over salmon. Bake at 350 or 375 until the salmon is done.
