Damn, just made this pasta sauce and it's simmering on the stove |

Tried something new. Won't go through exactly HOW I made it, but it includes:
Hot Italian sausages browned in olive oil 2 onions sliced thin 1 green pepper & 1 Red pepper sliced thin 1 poblano pepper from my garden, diced 1 zucchini from my garden, shredded 4 cloves of garlic chopped fine 1 cup of red wine Crushed tomatoes 1 cup of vegetable stock Sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes, basil and oregano, kosher salt to taste and fresh black pepper.
Gonna simmer for at least 2 1/2 hours more and din din time. Gonna serve over linguini with fresh tomatoes from my garden with fresh mozz. cheese and olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side.
k, that's it. :)

I have some fake curry simmering on my stove - leftover roast beef, a tiny bit of gravy, water, onion, a zucchini from the garden, beef bullion powder, curry powder. Over leftover rice.
