Damn, just made this pasta sauce and it's simmering on the stove

Tried something new. Won't go through exactly HOW I made it, but it includes:

Hot Italian sausages browned in olive oil
2 onions sliced thin
1 green pepper & 1 Red pepper sliced thin
1 poblano pepper from my garden, diced
1 zucchini from my garden, shredded
4 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1 cup of red wine
Crushed tomatoes
1 cup of vegetable stock
Sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes, basil and oregano, kosher salt to taste and fresh black pepper.

Gonna simmer for at least 2 1/2 hours more and din din time. Gonna serve over linguini with fresh tomatoes from my garden with fresh mozz. cheese and olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side.

I have some fake curry simmering on my stove - leftover roast beef, a tiny bit of gravy, water, onion, a zucchini from the garden, beef bullion powder, curry powder. Over leftover rice.
