2. Cats are republicans because
They want to be in charge and not do any work. They are aloof and lazy. But at least they aren't jerks like republicans.

7. I agree. When was the last time you saw a cat walk a precinct
handing out literature?

9. Well, Dems are like cats, as in...
organizing Dems is like herding cats. I'd say that Pukes are more like rabid wild dogs wearing jackboots.

12. Cats are Democrats--and here's why
They're not pack animals like dogs; they're colony animals, which means they socialize in groups but hunt alone.

Cats have a mind of their own. If cats were Republicans, they'd have to undergo intensive psychotherapy to bring them back to normal.

Cats also refuse to be conquered. Republicans hate those with a mind of their own. Nothing pisses off a tyrant more than one who refuses to be a subject.

18. Most cats are Democrats...
...except for Bucky Katt from "Get Fuzzy" (my favorite comic strip).

It wasn't really surprising to me that Bucky is a Republican. After all, he's loud, obnoxious, not very bright, and more often than not, wrong.

He's still funny as shit, though.

19. My cat beats up Donald Rumsfeld every single day. So I'm guessing he's a Dem.
No other catnip toy he owns gets the reaction that his Rumsfeld toy gets. He acts like he really wants to kill it. I'm so proud!
