The Dinner tonight thread: Chicken with Italian Sausage and Capers

Boy was this one good! Weight Watchers: 5 points for a cup and 1/2 of this very hearty stew.

chicken breast
hot italian turkey sausage
onion
garlic
oregano
tomatoes
bell pepper
chicken broth
capers
parmesan cheese.

Brown up the chicken breast, remove from pan when cooked through
cook the sausage(cut up in bits), remove from pan
cook the garlic, onion, and bell pepper, add oregano, then add tomatoes, bring to boil. Simmer a little bit the add the meat back in and the capers. sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.

Very very good.
