was yesterday Friday the 13th?

if it wasn't, it shouldhave been - for us anyways

woke up to find one of the cats with a swollen eye - have vet appointment for saturday

my partner developed an abcessed tooth - so she makes an late afternoon emergency appointment with the dentist. Dentist thinks it's just in the gum line - not a tooth, so he does some mucking around, gives her anti-biotics - tells her to come back in 10 days

she gets out of the dentist office and her truck won't start - turns over sounds like it wants to start but nada

So she tries calling our regular mechanic - he's gone for the day, next call to triple-A and a call to me to come pick her up

truck is at the triple-A garage, they can't look at it - mechanics have all gone home for the day.

sooooo this morning we have to get ahold of our regular mechanic, get him to tow the truck to his gargage - and with it being a saturday he probably won't be able to do anything with the truck until Monday - so we have to figure out how the bothof us are going to get to work when we work different hours and on opposite sides of the county

in between this - we still have to get the cat to the vet, get shopping/errands done and batten down the hatches for the snow storm due in tomorrow
