Poll question: Coldplay: Love 'em or Hate 'em?
My friends slag on me for it but I think they're great. Unlike most mainstream bands, they actually have t.a.l.e.n.t. So...whats your take?

1. Love love love 'em.
Listen to them all the time, especially while driving. It calms me in Los Angeles traffic.

3. I can listen to them on the radio...
and I have one of their songs on my other computer. They're not a band I would go to see in concert, though.

4. If they come on the radio I'll give them a listen. I wouldn't pay to see them
live, though...or buy one of their albums.

6. I kinda like 'em, a little
I actually loved them before they became really huge. Now they're just being overplayed.

I have A Rush of Blood to the Head but I never listen to it anymore, so I'm thinking about selling it.

7. I have very strong opinions on music. Coldplay, however, gets a 'meh.'
I like a few of their songs. They're catchy and inoffensive.
However, they're also uninteresting and rather on the dull side.
Their best song is 'Don't Panic.'
I won't turn the radio off if I hear one of their songs come on.
My reaction won't be 'Oh, it's Coldplay!'
or 'Eugh, it's Coldplay!'
More like: 'Oh. Coldplay. Well, I guess it's alrizzzzz....'

8. Used to love them but somebody vile and disgusting is now associated
with their sound. I've thrown out the CD I owned and deleted all but one song, which I keep around because it reminds me how people lie.

Touchy subject!

10. I love 'em but it they remind me so much of an ex that I thought was
"the one" that I can barely listen to them anymore. Every now and then I'll pull out "Rush of Blood" it's an incredible CD (imho) but I can't listen to "Parachutes" because of the memories.

12. I think I've heard one song by them
It was kind of pretty, though it reminded me of the 80's band "Aha" for some reason. I guess, 'meh' is my choice.
