I'm going to be in bed by 11 tonight

and up at 7 am. I'm going to start doing things at the same times normal people do them! Or die trying!!


I figure if I say it out loud, I'll be more committed to it. If this works, I may do something about cleaning my house.

1. I've been trying to do this

It went well for the first 2 days.

I got up at 11:30 today.

3. I never go to the office later than 9:30--but sometimes

I'm still brushing my hair, pulling my shoes on as I run across the yard. From what I can tell, many people have been up for hours by then.

And I think I'd function better on more than 5 1/2 hours of sleep. Only one way to find out.
