~\ Two years *2 YEARS* not smoking
:wow:

Two years ago today we brought Josie home from the hospital I went out on the back stoop had one last sweet sweet Marlboro Red threw away the rest of the pack and wake up the next morning (Aug.3rd) and put on a patch and started chewing Orbit gum like crazy.

After 22 years of smoking aaaaahhhh the good times

Anyway-TWO YEARS. Nine mile run tomorrow. 99 days to Marathon day.

YEAH ME!

5. You're welcome.
:hi: My sister quit smoking in 1988 and remembers her anniversary every year. :) It's something to be proud of, and you should mark the occasion yearly too!

I have never met anyone who quit smoking and ended up regretting it. It looks like you're putting your lungs to good use now.

And I'm sure Josie loves you for not polluting her air. (I'm sure she loves you for a lot of reasons, but that's one of them.)

Good work!

20. AAaaaa the sweet sweet green pack
Just kidding.

I have to admit that as all consuming as it was...I rarely even think about it. I actually notice when I see people smoking. There seems to be very few of them.

35. A little too minty for me
but the Raspberry is quite good. And the Lime/Cirtus mix (1 each) is still awesome.

i'll have to check out the raspberry someday. I've tried the lime one and it's OK.

The end of July marked two years tobacco free for me as well. I have full blown emphysema but strangely feel great. Hang in there.

Its tough I know. Isn't it crazy that something as deadly and addictive as tobacco is perfectly legal yet pot is not? Doesnt make sense.
