I split up with my girl. My best friends boyfriend is back from Iraq so they are kind of busy....and he thinks i am going to steal his girl, which i should. I am new in town, or atleast been gone for years, so i dont really know anyone. And even if i did its fucking Kansas, what are we gonna do? Drink beer and smoke some herb on the backroads? No one is answering the phone. I am single and rich, or atleast feel rich, and no one to spend it on. I need a chick to take out on a date. I could probably find one if i didnt spend all my time at work and poolhalls.

I havent talked to any of my DU buddies lately? Has Jody ever made it back to the DU? I wanna know how he is doing. Has SoCal got her eyes fixed so that she can read this thread? Jus_the_facts, i am still waiting on someone to take that picture for you....Im about to just do it in the mirror. And i see there is still a bunch of pissing and moaning in the dungeon, some things never change. Where is MrB??? Is he still around?

all my life and I know how it can really suck sometimes, especially in this couples-oriented society and especially when it seems like everyone else is paired off except you.

I'm sorry to hear about you and your girlfriend, that really must suck. But you will, indeed, get over it after awhile and be able to move on. Take some time, though, and don't jump into something else right away because that almost never works. And you have all of us here on DU to hang out with, too!

Now, did you say you were single AND rich? Hmmm..........You know, I AM thinking about firearms classes, lol!
