What's for supper tonight ?
Old El Paso taco kit, pinto beans cooked with bacon, Mexican rice cooked with onion, green pepper, and tomato and comino cooked in chicken broth, and homemade hot sauce with chips. Not too shabby. I hope I don't get gas. Mrs bearfan might sleep in the other room if it is too bad.

with peas, seasoned with lots of garlic, and whole wheat noodles. We're both almost coming down with something, and this was the perfect prescription.

4. Leftover goodies
from last night's Clark House Party. I have SO much fun food left over. Reuben spread on rye, cheesy beany salsa dip, barbequed sausages, all sorts of great health food, to go with the left over beer and wine! :)

41. It is........
corned beef chopped tiny, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, onion, a little parmesan cheese, mayo and sour cream mixed up and popped in the oven until it's all gooey and yummy. Spread on cocktail or other rye or pumpernickel bread. If you want the specific recipe, let me know. I'm too lazy to get out of my chair right now, or I would have posted it right here!

I'll be wearing my Rolling Stones denim jacket tomorrow... Then you'll know it's me. It has the American flag 'tongue and lips' on the back. You can't miss me.

See you there!
