The Mediterranean Diet - it's bloody expensive, isn't it? |
|
x(
Of course, if I report to one piece of fish per day that will stretch the 2LB bag of orange roughy out to a whole 2 days... a lot less cholesterol as well, even though as far as meats go the orange roughy has a very low cholesterol count...

6. You should see the size of my |

stomach.
My cholesterol must be off the charts if 4oz is one serving. No wonder the doc warned me about my kidneys... No kidneying...

the Mediterranean Diet. In fact, I could live on the Mediterranean. Further fact, when I win the Big Lotto next week (hee, hee)I'm flying over and buying a nice roomy yacht and hiring all the appropriate crew. Just sail from port to port...ah, the good life.

The olives will be in the salad I make later. Sadly, out of feta.
Edit to add: do you like Greek music? I have a couple of CD's of Greek tunes, plus some flamenco and Arabic/North Afician stuff I listen to at work.
