I went to Music Millennium in Portland. Got eight CDs -
Belle and Sebastian - If You're Feeling Sinister Bettie Serveert - Attagirl (I have given up all hope of ever finding Palomine) Buffalo Tom - Three Easy Pieces (ditto Bettie Serveert, but with Let Me Come Over--anyone know where I can find this in PDX?) The La's - self-titled Old 97's - Too Far to Care (I finally found it!) Sufjan Stevens - Illinois Tegan and Sara - If It Was You Yo La Tengo - Fakebook
They didn't have a few CDs I wanted, including two by the Decemberists, Elliott Smith's Figure 8, Jeff Buckley's Sketches For my Sweetheart the Drunk, or anything by Hawksley Workman (I thought they'd at least have a tag for him, but they didn't). And I debated whether to get the new Spoon CD, or Buffalo Tom (this is when I only had enough money for one more CD) but decided to get Buffalo Tom since I can find Spoon pretty much anywhere but Buffalo Tom is rather hard to find.

Actually, it might be second only to "Dear Catastrophe Waitress."
