with a split (D- Conservative v. D- Liberal / Green) minority. I deal with the GOP everyday. I know lots of GOP fags, that vote dem nationally, but gop locally.
We talk.
We debate.
I come to DU to talk progressive shop. And get info. And belong.
I'll go elsewhere for civil debate with the loyal opposition.

I think the dude was for real - a little weak on literacy skills (re: the rules are clear... is that really true?) showed up on another thread complaining about being zapped so quickly and wanting to debate (another indication of weak literacy skills per the DU rules when one registars.)
