But I cannot sleep. I haven't slept more than 2 consecutive hours in a month.
I hate medicine, but I went to the Doctor today and got some sleeping pills.

jeez, I can't imagine. I'd be wary of the drug scene too. I've heard scary things about Ambien, in particular. :scared:

Lack of sleep always makes other health issues worse. When I don't get sleep for 2 nights in a row things slide downhill quickly.

Please don't let yourself get to the point of sleep deprivation. I hope you get some good rest tonight.
