Did anybody see the puppy mill breeder on "Wife Swap" last night?
She used to be registered with Continental Kennel Club, which is pretty much a registration group for puppy mill dogs, and even they revoked her membership.
http://www.continentalkennelclub.com/news.aspx?ArticleNum=95

And she's up on Rip Off Report:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/173/ripoff0173526.htm

Check out the site for the "kennel club" she registers with now:

http://www.universalkennel.com/

It's the most amateurish looking thing, I've ever seen.

Now check out the pages of the REAL kennel clubs.

http://www.akc.org/index.cfm and http://www.ukcdogs.com/

So, basically we have the AKC for people who show, UKC for people who work their dogs, and the UKI for people that breed solely to rip people off.

I'm emailing the Guilford County Humane Society and see if they can help get the NC AG to get her to take that "#1 Breeder garbage off of her page. Here, you do it, too:

2. The other family was a bit too "eco" for me
But they seemed really nice and actually quite normal compared to the dog lady.

in their defense, they did use the bidet thing...
Ive never done it, and dont really think I want to.. But some people Ive met though the years swore that it gets em cleaner...

Bottling the urine for the compost heap gave me the jitters... I hope they dont end up with a nasty case of food poisoning.

7. Yes, the diapers......
There are so many things screwed up with that woman. Making her family eat fast food, making her husband sleep in the spare bedroom & letting the dogs poop and pee in the house.

9. The AKC also registers puppy mill dogs.
You only need to have proof of bloodline. No inspections, no nothing. Not all AKC dogs are mill dogs, of course, but they certainly are the biggest registration organization and have huge numbers of puppy mill dogs registered through them.

10. I'm aware that they unfortunately do that
but at least they're a legitimate organization, with some serious problems.

at two seperate addresses for selling non-purebred dogs and sick dogs.

It's sickening that someone like her can stay in buisiness. I also googled the vet on her website, and they don't exist.

12. I missed the show. This kennel is nuts...
How can she be breeding so many different types of dogs? I'm surprised they don't have an FDA licensing number.

And as far as Universal Kennels goes, they recognize "hybrids" such as labradoodle and puggle. Enough said. :puke:

13. I think the most ridiculous mutt they recognize is the German Sheppoodle
Their breed standards are pretty much non-existent, even for REAL breeds.

18. Why would you want a higher percentage of wolf in a dog?
Who the hell wants more of this in a dog:

As opposed to this?
