They sent us some literature on their summer savings program (they install a remote control that will cycle the AC on and off during the summer during peak times to save energy.)

I filled out the paperwork (it was printed on CARDSTOCK <!>) and folded it up to stuff it in their business reply envelope and it did not fit. So I accordion pleated the damn thing and stuck a post-it on it that said, "I know you all are trying to save money, but how about using regular paper for this form and sending an envelop that actually FITS the contents to be stuffed in it."

Do you think they will turn off our power?

1. Not right away...

The first step is to stamp your file... "TROUBLE MAKER".

Then they will turn your file over to the "DIFFICULT ACTION CENTER"

Where it will become part of your, "PERMANENT RECORD" which will ultimately get
tangled up with someone who has a similar name's records.

They will then turn off "THEIR" power.

It's just how the system works and it's why I live in constant fear. :shrug:
