I conquered my fear of the Tuna Melt last night...

So I toasted some Kaiser rolls in the toaster oven, while simultaneously sauteeing up some diced garlic in butter. Spread said garlic and butter on the toasted rolls, piled a whole lot of tuna on them, topped each with 2 slices of Provolone, and then popped the assembled sandwiches into the toaster oven on 250 deg. for about 10 minutes.
