2. We call them Indian rope burn.
Where you take someone's arm with both hands about an inch apart. And then you twist your hands in opposite directions.

9. milk the mouse
10. Bear Hug forevah!

Not necessarily in that order hehe

10. Yeah, My dad is the one who taught me all those.
Like turkey peeping over a log. Or turkey peeping around a log. Fly bite, how the cow ate the cabbage, and so many more.
