2. I guess it's time for me to buy the "American Hardcore" DVD.

I used to eat lunch at the space when I worked at AARP a few blocks away. I arranged for an AARP employee lunch discount with Cynthia to drum up some business. Alas, the space was nearing its demise.

Dante in that clip ran (runs?) a joint named Dante's where you would run into pretty much everybody who was playing that kind of music every night. Great jukebox, too. "American Society" by Eddie and the Subtitles, "Release the Bats" by the Birthday Party, etc.
