Poll question: An urgent, controversial, and divisive issue that has yet to be resolved: Muffins or bagels?
I posted a poll on this important and inflammatory topic a couple of months ago, but the outcome of that poll was sorta hazy. Bagels appeared to win out, 15 votes to 9, but three votes for 'other' created too much of a margin-for-error for my liking. I'll eliminate the choice of 'other' this time around.

Let's try this again -- but without the threats of bodily harm against one another! ;)

10. No. This is one of those, "You're either for us, or against us," kind of issues.

4. Muffins!
Who likes bagels? They're much more unhealthy, and not as tasty.

5. Muffins when I want something sweet
Edited on Sat Aug-11-07 02:41 PM by Nikia
Sweet bagel are no good to me.
An ideal bagel to me would be onion or herb or plain (with a vagtable or herb cream cheese).

11. A 'nagel'?!
That sounds like something a mad scientist would create -- a genetically-modified bagel. ;)

6. Bagels, but not the sweet ones.
I've never understood the point of blueberry or apple cinnamon bagels. If you need sweet, get a muffin or a donut. Bagels are bread--and should come in flavors like onion, sesame, everything....but not fruit.

Hmmm...apparently I feel very strongly about this. Who knew?

7. Can you put lox and cream cheese on a muffin?
You could, but it would be foul.

Bagel for the win.

Bagels! I love the chewy-ness, and they are such a nice hit when I want savory (onion bagel with garlic herb cream cheese anyone? killer for the breath but OH so yummy).

24. I'm not a big sweet eater, especially cakey things.
So it would have to be bagels for me. Luckily, I can only eat a half of one at any given time. :-)
