here in the UK, there's endless parking on the sidewalk. It's like they don't trust their fellow countryman to even touch the air around their car.

Doesn't matter if the pimply-faced teenagers decide to key their wonderful car!

:-( RIP all those kittens because of people breaking the fundamental rules of the driving test (if you PARK on the sidewalk you fail that test!)

I noticed that all those little Smart Cars were parked on the sidewalks. A lot of kittens must have died.
