tossed the following CD in the player this evening, and remembered how great it was . . . check it out if you haven't heard it yet . . . bonus: anyone know the name of Doc Pomus' well-known brother? . . .

1. Hell, yes!

Doc Pomus and Mort Schuman co-wrote some of the greatest R&B hits of the late 1950s and early '60s. That's why the Rhythm and Blues Foundation established the Doc Pomus Memorial Award.
