They lie about marijuana.

Tell you pot-smoking makes you unmotivated. Lie! When you're high, you can do everything you normally do, just as well. You just realize that it's not worth the fucking effort. There is a difference.

Thanks for getting me on a Bill Hicks kick, Rabrrrrrr

3. you may not hear about them but....
they exist. Think about how many books have been written under the influence of various drugs? How many musicians play and create under the influence? Wasn't it Steve Jobs who said the personal computer would never have been invented had there not been LSD? How many artists who used drugs to help them create?

I know for me, I cannot create as well or s prolifically unless I am high. I can't write in the style I like to write, my photography is not as good and I cannot get in the same groove when I play music.

You can even play it backwards if you want. How many people became "less good" at what they do when they stopped? Robin Williams was pretty funny when he was getting high, now not so much. Eric Clapton? Incredible high, now not so much.

Of course there is a trade off. When the drugs begin to play you, it all stops. Heroin, Meth and Coke are drugs that begin to stifle the creative thing after a while and all you become is drug taker. These are the people you hear about. the Jerry Garcias, the Cobains etc.

But even then the question is, had they never done drugs would tehy ahve been the genius' they became?
