The Senior Special on the menu offered 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast for $1.99

She said that looked good, but didn't want the eggs.
The waitress said that that would make it an a la carte order and she'd have to charge her $5.99 for one order of bacon, one of hash browns and one of toast.

"I can have the eggs any way I want them, right?"
"Yes m'am."
"OK, I'll have the eggs raw and in the shell."
And she took them home in a doggie bag.
