Next week if the hurricane hits the Texas Gulf coast and inland will be flooded.

Add to that no power, down trees it might get really bad.

We have had so much new building since 2001, I hope everyone has flood insurance.

I am so glad my old house is 3 ft. off the ground and built for strong winds.

Now the new townhouses, just say I will be taking lots of before and after pictures.

We have had so much rain all summer the ground can't hold anymore water.

The last hurricane to hit Houston was in 1983, so it has been awhile.

I wonder how quick it will take for FEMA to do anything.
