Except I have been driving around w/o A/C for a week. Just located the last part I need to fix that ... so I am off to the parts store again. You know you have a problem when the customers at the parts stores know you by name and ask for your advice ... I think I need to think about getting a new car? Nah.

and very slowly grilled, after marinating in the special sauce for hours and hours...

Then it was slowly grilled, and turned and grilled and turned, and the heat had to penetrate deeply to make it tender and moist all the way through

mmmmmmm.... tasty, sure you don't want some...

tender it is....
