Toothbrush: Wet or dry?
I was talking to a friend yesterday about toothbrushes.(Yeah, we're both really exciting people). He says that you have to put the toothpaste on a dry toothbrush or you won't get the abrasive action that the toothpaste provides. I called him an idiot, of course, and said that if you don't get the toothbrush wet first, the toothpaste will not spread throughout your mouth and give you that "mouthwashy" quality. Who's right?

5. Friend ought to ask his dentist about that "abrasive action"
IMHO that's a recipe for gum damage.

9. Wet
The brush provides whatever abrasive action is necessary.
