Help...trying to set up a voter registration booth at a rock show.

My band has a fairly high profile show in mid-February, and my mates thought it would be a good idea to get people registered to vote at the show. (I'm in Chicago, BTW)

I've seen voter registration booths at DIY punk shows before, but I've never done anything like this before. Does anybody have any experience in this area? I'm open to any and all suggestions and advice on how to get this done.

1. I've tabled a few times

and done voter registration.

Go to the Sec State office and get a whole ton of voter registration forms and a ton of pens. Sit down behind the table (clearly marked VOTER REGISTRATION) and ask people if they're registered.

Not much else to it.

2. It's that easy? Cool.

I'll have to find a dedicated person to run the booth, but that should be fairly easy.
