1. The cities or the actual buildings?
Actual buildings: Honolulu, HI, Baton Rouge, LA and probably Hartford, CT at some point.

Cities: Sacramento, CA; Hartford (for sure); Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Annapolis, MD; Boston, MA; Harrisburg, PA.

Bus stations of the following: Montgomery, AL; Little Rock, AR; Tallahassee, FL; Jackson, MS; Nashville, TN; Richmond, VA

Airports of the following (may not be within city limits): Denver, CO (old airport); Salt Lake City, UT.

Ridden through on a train: Trenton, NJ; Providence, RI.

8. I think we drove through Hartford. We may have also driven through Wilmington -I know we drove through both states but I was on a tour bus and my memory has gone hazy as to whether we drove through the capital

As for the capitol buildings themselves, just Annapolis and Tallahassee. Although I walked around the grounds of the South Carolina Capitol in Columbia.
