Life is just survival - people tend to forget that because we've confused physical survival with things like cars and houses and jobs and toys and things.

Nature, on the other hand, has simple rules. I find that rather elegant. But then, I was the kid in grade school who, when we watched the film of the wolves pulling down the caribou calf, was rooting for the wolves.
