Tonight's Top Chef Winners and Losers... *Spoilers*
Edited on Wed Aug-22-07 09:58 PM by bicentennial_baby
Sara, Howie, Dale and Hung's restaurant is the winner. The overall winner is Sara.

The losers are Brian, CJ, Tre, and Casey... Tre will pack his knives and go.

1. Given the departing chef's history this is surprising
but given the challenge presented, two out of three dishes were botched completely. It definitely gets more interesting now.

2. Not Tre!!
He might have messed up, but I can't believe they kept Malarkey and ditched Tre.

This is Season 2 Sam all over again.

Howie's sweat must cause hallucinations.

3. From Anthony Bordain's blog on tonight's show
* What the hell is with Casey's knife skills!? During the Quickfire, I was absolutely gobsmacked watching her methodically sawing away at those onions like Ina Garten on Thorazine. No. Let me correct myself. Ina Garten on Thorazine would be faster. MUCH faster.

5. I do better than that
and I'm afraid of sharp implements after being threatened at knifepoint when I was five years old!

7. I was HORRIFIED watching Casey chop so slowly!
WTF was she thinking? *I* could've kicked her ass, and my knife skills aren't that great (and the source of my deepest shame! )

6. Sara and Howie staying is making me not want to watch the show

This season's talent is just not there :(

edit: also it made me laugh that when Howie cooks something other than pork, he fucked it up :P

8. I think I see a pattern....
Casey is the kiss of death! Every time she says somebody is her new BFF, they're the one to pack their knives and go. First, it was Lia. Now, Tre.
