Aren't the locked threads suppose to

That's what the mods did before when they locked a thread.

Now, you click on reply and find it's locked- surprise!

3. I always check to make sure my locks go through, and I saw it right away.

Next time you see something like that, alert on it so we can bring it to admin's attention. If you don't see a lock message at the end of a thread, then it's a glitch, because the software won't allow us to lock a thread without posting the reason.
