the ghost of my maternal granny, who was an English teacher and a school principal, would come back and tweak my ears.

The month I was born. Love that month. Good poll though. I hear people pronounce it in all different ways.

6. "The second month"
I never feel like I'm pronouncing it correctly, so I avoid saying it.

7. There's a difference between HOW I pronounce it and the right way
I know I drop that first 'r' unless I'm talking to a former nun teacher of mine :-)
