Excedrin is an excellent way to get rid of a headache. I had a neighbor, a doctor, who told me a surefire way to get rid of migranes was a combination of Aleve and Excedrin. Though I don't remember what the dosage was, so I wouldn't recommend trying it.

http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?query=glare+guard&ht=1&sosortproperty=1&from=R10&BasicSearch=these things retail for like $200 but i bought 3 of em so far at about $15/each (one for work, one for home and one for mom) and they have done wonders for me in terms of getting headaches staring at my screen all day

|
wet a washcloth, wring it out, and put it in the freezer. You can buy reusable icepacks at the pharmacy. I get migraines ALL of the time, and they really help me.
