I cried in the Land Before Time when I was little too!
On edit I thought it said which is the most depressing animated movie!! Duh! Haven't seen the one you are talking about though! Not sure if I want too! I am a sucker for any animal!

I haven't seen the movie but I've read the book a number of times. Wonderful, wonderful book but very tough to read at times. I love the ending, though. :hi:

I had a copy of the book with both endings.
I think there was an afterword or something that Adam's revised it because it wasn't realistic.

I did see a really sad one about a bunch of dogs who did the Iditerod run (before it was a contest) for drugs for I think an outbreak of German measles among the settlers. That was another weepy one.
