4. Damn
That just isn't cheesy enough.

I saw Merle play with Willy and they were terrific -- I love Merle's version of Silver Wings.

You got to have something stinkier than that....

11. "Kung Fu Fighting"!
This is why I love the iPod: I buy "Kung Fu Fighting" once for 99 cents, and it takes up a tiny amount of space on my computer until I get the once-every-couple-of-years urge to listen to "Kung Fu Fighting", and there it is.

20. I have no shame for loving MMMBop.
It's so fuckin' catchy. I even burned it onto a mix CD (I don't own an iPod).

I'd actually NEVER heard it until a few months ago, when they played it on the radio and were deciphering the lyrics, and while they were playing it I was like "Hey, this is actually a really good song." Back when it was pretty much everywhere in 1997, the radio station I listened to didn't play it, and every time the video would come on MTV or VH1 I would scramble as fast as I could to hit the MUTE button, so I never heard more than the first few notes.

17. Run Joey Run.... there I admit it!!!!
Run Joey Run
David Geddes

Daddy please don't, it wasn't his fault, he means so much to me
Daddy please don't, we're gonna get married...just you wait and see.

She called me up, late last night, she said Joe, don't come over
My dad and I just had a fight, and he stormed out the door
I've never seen him act his this way, my God, hes going crazy
He says he's gonna make you pay, for what we've done, he's got a gun, so

Run Joey Run Joey Run
Daddy please don't, it wasn't his fault, he means so much to me
Daddy please don't, we're gonna get married...just you wait and see.

I got in my car and I drove like mad, till I reached Julie's place
She ran to me, with tears in her eyes, and bruises on her face
All at once, I saw him there, sneaking up behind me, WATCH OUT!
Then Julie yelled, he's got a gun, and she stepped in front of me
Suddenly, a shot rang out, and I saw Julie falling
I ran to her, I held her close, when I looked down, my hands were red,
and heres the last words Julie said...

Daddy please don't, it wasn't his fault, he means so much to me
Daddy please don't, we're gonna get married.....aaahhh..ahhhh
ahhhh....ahhhhh

Run Joey run Joey run Joey run Joey run Joey run
