Lock the toolbars doesn't always work, does it?

I have and on IE I'm always having problems. The Google toolbar disappears and I have to put it back. Am I the only one with this problem?

2. I've noticed that too

It happens randomly and not very often (like once every few months), so I don't worry about it too much. The Google toolbar is semi-evil so I don't have it installed any more.
