Does anyone here know how to paint?
I need a velvet Elvis painting done for a mantelpiece. I have a picture of Elvis that I need put onto velvet. Please send me a message is you can do this.

1. Can't you just run down to a border town and buy one there?
I believe there is a plethora of professional Mexican black velvet Elvis artists in any border town.
