I made a great paella tonight for Nini and me - used lump charcoal on the Weber kettle, and a 15 inch pan. Lifted this recipe from the L.A. Times, which included scallops, mussels, garlic, tomatoes, and jumbo shrimp.
Served a nice Albarino wine (have to have Spanish wine with a signature Spanish dish), and yes, it was mighty fine. :D
