I'm making bacon/lard/ fatback/duckskin/ butter/cheese balls deep fried in goose fat

then I sandwich them between two custard and chocolate donuts and smother it all in a pint of Alfredo sauce that I reduced down from a gallon, and serve it with a diet 7-UP because I'm not a pig.

4. You really should roll them in crushed corn flakes before you fry them
and the alfredo sauce shouldn't be reduced -- rather the balls should float in the fat layer on top of the unreduced sauce. Garnish with crisped pork rinds for the perfect finish.

And diet 7-up is just wrong. The menu calls for diet Pepsi Free.

and serving them with a heapin' helpin' of sausage gravy on a couple dozen biscuits and donut holes, with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and then piled high with cracklins!
