I had a dream that somebody stole my trailer
I had a dream that I was driving for one of my old employers and somebody stole my trailer while I was driving down the road. I was driving a day cab and I heard some noise coming from in between the cab and the trailer. I looked in my rear view mirror just in time to see my trailer being switched to another truck and someone hopping from the back of my cab to a truck that was riding beside me. Then they took off and left me in the dust because they had a faster truck than me.

That is all impossible in real life, of course. But I felt terrible and lost as I was trying to call my company to tell them what had happened.

That coincides with what is happening to me in real life. They just re-organized the routes that we run at my current employer. There were 12 routes before and they cut it down to 10. The new routes were assigned based on seniority and I happen to be number 11 on the list so I didn't get a route. They told me that there will still be plenty of work for me, but it worries me just the same and makes me feel sort of like a second rate employee.
